Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by Inner Circle Mgt ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.
2. Services
Inner Circle Mgt provides digital marketing services including but not limited to social media marketing, lead generation, and AI-powered content creation. The specific scope of services will be outlined in individual service agreements.
3. Payment Terms
Payment is due at the beginning of each service period unless otherwise specified. All fees are non-refundable except as outlined in our guarantee policy. Ad spend is separate from management fees and is paid directly to advertising platforms.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, and access to necessary accounts and assets. Delays caused by client inaction may affect deliverables and timelines.
5. Intellectual Property
All creative work produced by Inner Circle Mgt becomes the property of the client upon full payment. We retain the right to display work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
6. Limitation of Liability
Inner Circle Mgt's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, we will provide all deliverables completed to date and transition access to all accounts and assets.
